I’m Devan McNeal, a mom to 3 and wife to my High School sweetheart.  After many years of dedicating my life to raising my babies here in Southern California, I decided to chase my dream of launching by business in photography.  Being a mom myself, I know first-hand how quickly time passes and how important it is to capture life’s most precious moments.
